Simon provided us with a fantastic fine dining experience that we highly recommend. We entrusted him with guiding our meal, expressing preferences for a seafood starter, a lamb main featuring 'hogget,' and a sponge pudding dessert. Simon's punctual setup an hour prior to dining included all necessary equipment and a neatly laid table with a detailed menu. The evening unfolded seamlessly, with delightful prawn and salmon tartlets as appetizers followed by a beautifully presented mackerel starter, a perfectly cooked hogget main with accompaniments, and finally, exquisite almond sponge puddings for dessert.
